Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. However, due to the nature of our work and the commitment of resources upon project commencement, we have the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation within 72 hours of project initiation: 50% refund of any advance payment.

Cancellation beyond 72 hours: No refund, but we may, at our discretion, offer a credit towards future services based on the work completed to date.

For subscription-based services, clients may cancel with 30-day notice prior to the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the subsequent period.

Refund Policy

Refund Requests: Must be made in writing within 7 days of service completion.

Eligibility: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be partial or full, depending on the circumstances of the request and the amount of work already performed.

Process: Eligible refunds will be processed within 90 days to the original payment method, barring any processing delays from financial institutions.
